Beyond Pastry Studio

Beyond Pastry Studio strongly supports their community by giving back through fundraising, sponsoring baked goods and baking workshops for free for underprivileged women and children.

In the past, they participated in fundraisers for the Society of Women Engineers to support women in Hawaii who aspire to succeed and advance in the field of Engineering by providing training and development programs, networking opportunities, scholarships, and outreach activities. They have collaborated with Honolulu bakers to organize pastry boxes to support groups fighting for Asian American and Pacific Islander rights, as well as to give back to the Filipino community during Filipino American History Month.

Coming up in November 2022 Beyond Pastry Studio will be hosting WITH WARM WELCOME at its downtown Honolulu location. WITH WARM WELCOME is is a nationwide tour amplifying Asian home and professional bakers. Also, they look forward to hosting free baking workshops for under-privileged women and children.

To promote sustainability, Beyond Pastry Studio focuses on local ingredients to highlight and support local purveyors. In addition, customers are encouraged to bring their own bag and containers when they purchase their products to lessen Beyond Pastry's environmental footprint.

The community has the opportunity to discover local artists at Beyond Pastry. This small business provides Honolulu's local ceramic artists a platform to showcase their work through their studio. To date, they have hosted 4 artists.
